The Lake Leman is a 10 minute walk from the apartment, with an absolutely stunning view of Mt Blanc, so the location is really ideal. Migros La Combe is a 3 minute walk from the apartment. With all the shops and amenities close by. The rent is 1350CHF + 50CHF which covers all costs. I am an easy going friendly person, looking for someone who is like minded :) I am doing visits ASAP so, please do not hesitate to reach out should you wish to see the room.
